Waxworms (Galleria Mellonella) are the larvae of the greater Wax Moth, an insect that in nature invades weak beehives to feast on some of nature’s finest ingredients such as honey, nectar and pollen. Because of their rich sweet diet, waxworms themselves have become a gourmet favourite for many insectivorous animals, as well as a worldwide favourite grub-bait used by anglers.
With over twenty-five years of experience in production, we have created our very own bee-hive recipe for our waxworms to feast on. Our unique and clever mixture is full of all the crucial nutrients that waxworms need to grow deliciously plump and healthy.
Our controlled environment helps us to produce disease free waxworms that are consistent in both quality and freshness to ensure greater longevity.
